We are proud to present a special guest in our shop, Modesty Blaise!
This is a really cool suitcase with an all over print of Modesty Blaise
on the front and a smaller print on the back side. The case is made in
strong ABS and equipped with very good wheels and handles. Take a look in the shop!

We are proud sponsor of the annual GAGNEF longboard downhill race!
For the second year in a row, EPIC is a sponsor of the Gagnef downhill. We will put out some of our cool bags up for grabs as prices in the race. The race is a part within the music and sports festival in the deep forest in the middle of Sweden, maybe one of the most beautiful locations there are.
Check out the event website: www.skankaloss.com and maybe we'll see you there. Good luck to the contestants!

Fourth annual bike race in beautiful Webster Groves
Sunday June 28th 2009
The Old Orchard community is hosting the premier racing event of the summer for both the racers and the spectators. This .9 mile course passes through the Old Orchard Business area with large areas for spectators to view the race. There is plenty of food, drink, and coffee available from businesses right on the race course.
Spectators, bring your lawn chairs and enjoy bike racing at it’s finest for free. Kids’ race is at 12:45... bring your big wheels or kid’s bikes with or without training wheels. There is no entry fee for the Kids’ race. Helmets are required.
This is a team sport ... but we guarantee no balls, sticks, bats, or pucks will be harmed. We also guarantee some of the fastest bicycle racing in the Midwest. Imagine racing your skinny tired bike at up to 40 MPH with 50 other racers handlebar to handlebar for 60 minutes at your maximum heart rate. Join the fun, learn the tactics, and watch the superheroes of bike racing right here in Webster Groves.

EPIC a proud sponsor of The Hub Bicycle Racing Team, Webster Groves, Missouri, USA
Riding a bike is a fantastic way for folks of just about any age to feel good and stay in shape. It's also one of the most planet friendly things you can do as a mode of transportation. Our friends, Ron and Alex, at the Hub ( www.thehubbicyclecompany.com ) run one of the coolest shops you can find, and head up a team of very fast midwestern amatuer riders. We're proud to be a sponsor for 2009-2010. You can look forward to some news and pictures from the team here later on.
If your in the St. Louis area we recommend that you stop by historic downtown Webster Groves for a true slice of apple pie Americana. For those of you feeling 70's nostalgic, you can find a real Ben Franklin with old ladies going around dusting things off there. I'm sure they can still help you buy a balsa-wood model airplane for $1.25. It's seriously almost like getting warped into an old episode of the Brady Bunch. Don't get stuck at Ben Franklin, though, it's better to have an ice-cream in the little old-fashioned ice-cream shop on West Lockwood.
Oh yeah, if anyone missed it Menchov won the Giro after getting a good fight from Di Luca and having a scary crash in the last few k:s during the final time-trial in Rome.

Well, we finally got this thing running (sort of). Let's see what happens...
Today is the first day that this site actually works, so this should be exciting.
Just to get things rolling, we're giving away some free stuff. Take the chance to be one of our first 10 customers outside of Scandinavia to spend more than 100 euros and we'll throw in your choice of gearBAG or lockerBAG at no charge. Just write your choice in the "Company" line of the order form at check-out and we'll make it happen.
We've got a lot of trick gear to offer at the moment. If you're headed for the jungle (even if it's urban), check out our Amphibians collection which we believe is some best out there at the moment.
If you feel bad about taking your car to the grocery store, but don't want to look like a dork, or that you stole from your Grandma, check out our cityXshoppers. They look pretty good, and are strong enough (no cheap plastic frame links) to carry a full load of groceries, or the stuff you need for a day at the beach.
BTW don't forget to ask your local shop for our products before getting too excited here with your credit card. Good professional help is worth trying to get! Anyhow, hope you have fun. We're in for a weekend of great weather here in Gothenburg and look forward to a clean and hard ending to the Giro d'Italia in Rome on Sunday. Good luck and keep travelling.
