Sweden
Orders to most areas in Sweden will normally arrive within 4 working days.
Parcels are shipped in cooperation with Schenker and will normally be distributed through your local postal agent (postombud!).
Shipping cost is calculated automatically and will be shown together with your checkout basket.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any specific questions regarding your delivery!

International
Most orders will reach their destination within 5-9 working days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for orders to arrive.
Parcels are shipped in cooperation with UPS. Shipping cost is calculated automatically and will be shown together with your checkout basket.
Tracking details are available upon ordering. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any specific questions regarding your delivery!

RETURNS
Do you want to return something? No problem!

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original
condition within 14 days of receiving your original order. All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Unwanted Item Returns
If you wish to return unwanted items to us please please return it to us by contacting us at info@epictravelgear.com.
We will then issue you a return label.

Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:
Your full name and collection address including postcode
Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

You will not be charged for this service if the item has been incorrectly sent or has arrived damaged.
We will refund the full purchase price of your product upon receipt and cleared inspection.

Please note that in this case we will not refund any postage fees
(except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).
