Ordering & Payment
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may in some cases help you change or cancel it. Contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing the order.
Yes, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided at purchase.
First check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find the confirmation, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery time varies depending on the country and shipping method, but orders are usually shipped within 1â2 business days.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Yes, when your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information.
Packages that are not picked up will be returned to our warehouse. Any return and handling fees may be charged.
Returns & Complaints
If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service for further instructions. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
We offer a 30-day open purchase policy. You can find the exact terms in our return policy.
Refunds are normally processed within a few business days after we have received and approved the return.

Warranty & Products
Yes, our products come with a warranty that gives you peace of mind for your future travels. Depending on the model you choose, we offer different warranty levels, from 3 to 7 years of coverage from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid worldwide, and in case of any claims, we primarily replace the defective product with a new equivalent model.

What the warranty covers depends on the type of EPIC warranty your product has:
- EPICÂź Full Armorâą Warranty (5 or 7 years): This is our most comprehensive protection. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and parts, and also includes a shell warranty â meaning you get a new bag if the shell breaks, even if the damage occurs during air travel.
- EPICÂź Limited Warranty (3 or 5 years): This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and parts.
Important to note:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs from using the product and its components.
If you need to make a warranty claim, the easiest way is to report your bag at the place of purchase or your nearest EPIC retailer.

Many of our cabin bags are designed to meet standard carry-on size requirements, but since size and weight rules vary between airlines, we always recommend checking the specific regulations for your trip before you travel.
We also offer convenient "under-seaters" designed to fit under the seat in front of you, which is an excellent option for flights or train travel. Remember to always double-check the current rules directly with the airline you will be flying with to ensure your bag meets their specific requirements.
A TSA lock (Transportation Security Administration) is an internationally recognized security lock. The great advantage is that security personnel at airports can open and inspect your bag with a special master key if needed, without having to break or damage the lock. This gives you both extra security and the assurance that your bag remains intact throughout the trip.

Yes, sustainability is a core issue for us! On many of our models, wheels and other critical components are replaceable, which significantly extends the bag's lifespan.
If you need spare parts for your bag, contact our customer service and we will help you find the right part for your specific model. To provide you with the best possible assistance, please include information about which bag model it concerns and preferably a photo of the part in question.
Our suitcases are made from carefully selected, high-quality materials tailored to meet the demands of each specific model and use. We primarily use durable polycarbonate and lightweight polypropylene for our hard cases, as well as tough polyester for our soft models.

Travel & Use
To keep your bag in the best condition and make it easy to identify, we recommend the following:
- Luggage tags: Always use a clear address label with your contact information. This makes it easy for staff and fellow travelers to identify the bag if it gets lost.
- Luggage covers: A luggage cover is an excellent way to protect the bagâs surface from scratches and dirt during transport, while also giving the bag a personal touch.
- Luggage straps: A luggage strap provides extra security by keeping the bag properly closed even if the lock is subjected to rough handling. It also makes your bag stand out on the baggage carousel, so you can quickly find it upon arrival.
By using these simple accessories, you reduce the risk of damage and make your trip much smoother!
Yes, absolutely! Our suitcases are equipped with TSA-approved locks. This means that airport staff can open and inspect your bag with a special master key if needed, without having to break or damage the lock. This provides you with both security and effective protection for your luggage during your trip.
To keep your EPIC bag looking great for many years to come, we recommend simple cleaning:
- Outside: Wipe the bag with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. If needed, you can use a mild soap solution. Always avoid strong chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners that can damage the surface material.
- Inside: Vacuum the inside of the bag as needed or wipe the lining with a lightly damp cloth. Using packing cubes also helps keep the inside clean and organized longer.
- Wheels and handles: Keep the wheels free from gravel and dirt by wiping them as needed, ensuring they roll smoothly on every trip.
Always let the bag air dry completely before storing it away.
To keep your bag in top condition between adventures, we recommend the following storage tips:
- Location: Store the bag in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight and environments with high humidity for extended periods, as this can affect the material.
- Maximize space: Do you have several suitcases in different sizes? Many of our models are designed to nest inside each other. This is an excellent way to protect the bags while saving valuable storage space at home.
- Before storage: Make sure the bag is completely clean and dry inside and out before putting it away, so it stays fresh for your next trip.

- Climate: Keep in mind that winter clothes take up significantly more space than summer clothes, which can affect the size you need.
